Devotion Day Bodywork Retreat is a whole-body approach to pelvic health, womb healing, and pussy wellness incorporating movement, meditation, & ancient rituals to empower you to be your own Healer.

In this day-long Retreat, we explore any physical, emotional, or spiritual imbalances held in your pelvic space in order to relieve the root cause of any symptoms, pain, discomfort, or disconnect you are experiencing.

The hands-on-in bodywork is an integrative approach that blends holistic pelvic care, craniosacral work, myofascial release, hands-on visceral work, breathwork, visualization tools, client education about self-care protocols, movement practices, and more.

I created Root Medicine Healing so women and gender-diverse folks never have to navigate their womb landscape alone.

I don’t heal you — only you can do that — but through various modalities like bodywork, ritual and ceremony, I guide you to be your own Healer, reconnecting you with your innate wisdom by uncovering your unexpressed wounds and facilitating a complete, transformational shift.
